I’ve Been There, Too

I used to think I’d never get a college degree. For 30 years, I bounced between degree programs, hitting roadblocks and constantly feeling like a failure because the traditional university system simply wasn't built for working adults with kids and a full plate of responsibilities. My breakthrough happened when I stopped working harder and started treating my degree like a project management puzzle. I leveraged Competency-Based Education (CBE) and applied my corporate operations management background to build streamlined study workflows that actually fit into my life.Once that system was in place, everything clicked. I fast-tracked my way through my bachelor’s degree and ultimately earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.I built Degree Strategy to give you that same clear roadmap. If you've struggled before, it’s likely because you haven't had access to an intentional system that brings all the pieces together. Let’s design one!

Stuck on Your Degree Roadmap?
Let’s Fix It.

If you are balancing a full-time career, kids, and/or caregiving, higher education can quickly feel unmanageable. Usually, the breakdown happens in one of three places:Enrollment Hesitation: You aren't sure which program actually fits your tight schedule or if the personal investment will pay off.Coursework Overwhelm: You're currently enrolled but struggling to write papers, pass proctored tests, or keep up with the academic workload.Scattered Schedule: You don't have open, four-hour blocks to sit down and study. You are trying to find a system to make real academic progress in the random 15-minute pockets between your actual responsibilities. You don’t have to sort this out alone! In this free, 15-minute Academic Strategy Call, we will identify your single biggest coursework bottleneck, look at your real-world time constraints, and come up with a quick win that'll get you unstuck.
